I’m Kristen, a seasoned social media strategist, content creator, adjunct professor and MBA graduate. With seven years of hands-on experience, I’ve had the honor of working with more than 75 small businesses, helping them elevate their digital presence and grow their brands with purpose and creativity.

My expertise spans a wide range of digital marketing disciplines, including social media strategy and management, paid advertising, email marketing, website development, and graphic design. In addition to managing a select group of social media clients, I now work in a full-time role leading marketing and communications initiatives, overseeing digital strategy, creative direction, and brand growth. With my MBA in marketing and strategic communication, I bring both strategic insight and creative vision to every project, continuously striving to inspire, connect, and make an impact through meaningful marketing.

When I'm not immersed in crafting compelling social media campaigns, you'll often find me channeling my creativity into decorating my newly renovated home by the Jersey Shore.

After recently completing my MBA with a focus in Marketing, I’ve embraced a more intentional season of life…focusing on home, teaching as an adjunct professor, and sharing lifestyle content on TikTok @loschiavolife.

Whether I’m lesson planning, filming a DIY project, or chasing after my three dogs with my husband by my side, I approach this multifaceted life with purpose, passion, and plenty of coastal charm.

Guest Lecturer Experience

I have the pleasure of being a regular guest lecturer in Professor Gili’s Foundations of Social Media undergraduate course at Kean University (Kean-Ocean) each semester since 2022. I enjoy coming into her class to share my business journey + social media topics including post scheduling, content creation and analytics.

In 2024, I hosted a collaboration in which I connected the students of her class to two of my clients and guided the students as they came on-site and created video content for my clients. I helped the students understand the measures of successful social media content and guided them in class with any questions they had while editing the videos they created for my client’s social media channels.

Pictured here are students from Professor Gili’s class capturing a pizza being made at my client’s restaurant. After filming on site, the students then went home and created TikTok and Reels videos from their content that they captured. This gave the students hands on experience as a social media manager and they learned valuable insights into the world of content creation.

I guided the students on site with best filming practices and provided support for them as they participated in the project.

Guest Lecturer & Host – Kean University Podcasting Class (Alumni Podcast Series) As a guest lecturer and podcast host for Kean University's podcasting class during the Spring 2025 semester, I collaborated directly with Professor Gili and her students in the development and production of a professional alumni podcast series. In this role, I served as the on-air host while working hands-on with the class throughout the full creative process—helping to brainstorm concepts, guide interviews, shape narrative flow, and ensure quality production.

This project reflects my passion for media and my commitment to empowering the next generation of creators by working side-by-side with them in a collaborative, experiential learning environment.
